Fundraiser!!!! (will be in Friday Folders)

Dear Parents,

Our school has a fantastic opportunity to get free money, please help us take advantage of this. It is super easy! I will help you with each step. Just keep reading.

1.    Find the white envelope in Friday Folders, it says “Parents…Please Help Us!” on the front. (SEE PHOTO BELOW)
2.    Open this envelope, you will find a booklet inside. On the front cover please write your child’s name and school. If you would like to be entered into the Florida Family Vacation check YES, if not, check NO. (SEE PHOTO BELOW)
3.    The inside front cover shows an example of a filled out sheet. Read over it
4.    Fill out each sheet. Just fill out the FRONT side. Do NOT fill out the backside, the backside is the order form for later, do NOT fill it out. (SEE PHOTO BELOW)
5.    When you fill out the front side please keep these people in mind
a.    Grandparents
b.    Aunts and Uncles
c.     Babysitters
d.    Neighbors
e.    Friends from Church
f.      Friends from Sports
6.    You can not use other Hawthorne Students!! Do NOT put the address of other Hawthorne Students.
7.    Return the booklet to school. Prizes will be given out for returning them and extra prizes if the book is complete.
8.    Please return the books even if not completed by January 20, 2012



Money raised from this project will go directly to Hawthorne. It will help us purchase new tables for our computers in the library. These tables are needed badly, please help us.

What happens after I give you the addresses? … We mail them off to the company and the company then sends each individual person a catalog to order magazines. Pretty simple!
