Wow!!! What a busy day. So much happened today. I will try to recap for the parents.

Morning class:
We had our pictures taken in the gym. So many cute smiles. We started our study of the letter P. We all worked hard on reading. There are some kids who work in room 1 on reading and some kids who stay in the kindergarten room. (you can email me if you have questions). Some of the kids worked really hard and some kids had a hard time focusing. We also did some fun projects today. We worked on writing our name, writing the letter p, a tricky penguin puzzle and the number 6. We got to play outside today! Yeah, it wasn't rainy.

Afternoon class:
We had our pictures taken in the gym. Tons of cute smiles. We started studying the letter P. We talked about words that start with P. I have some great picture cards that we use when learning letters. Some kids went to room 1 to work on reading while some kids stayed to work on reading. (if you have questions about this you can email me). We worked on projects today too. Some kids worked really hard but there were a few kids who had a hard time focusing. Some even had to work in a different place around the room or in another room. It was disappointing. Ask your child how they did. We worked on writing our name, writing the letter p, a tricky penguin puzzle.
